We want you to love your purchase and understand that sometimes things just don’t work out! Please see our full policy below and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Returns will be accepted on full price, non-discounted, unworn merchandise only.  NOTE: Any merchandise purchased at a discount (via rewards, promotion or otherwise) are not eligible for a refund, these items are store credit only. If a return is necessary please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone to arrange for the return.  All returns must be received back to us within 10 days of receiving your order originally. Once it is received and in acceptable condition a refund will be issued same day. Funds will take 24-72 hours to appear back in your account depending on your bank.  Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns. Any merchandise accepted after the 10 day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee and is determined at our discretion, a store credit only will be issued on these items. 

If you need to exchange an item (or items) shipping charges will apply on the items to be exchanged and will come off of the amount of the returned items.  Free shipping on exchanges is not applicable and our standard $5 flat rate will be applied. Any difference in items will be invoiced and must be paid before the exchange can be finalized. 

Items chosen for in-store pickup will be given 14 days from the order date to arrange for a return under the same guidelines as above. After that exchange or store credit will be given within 30 days on full price, unworn items and items discounted less than 40% off the original price.

**Please note gift cards, as well as any items marked or discounted at 40% off or more are final sale, no exceptions.

SHIPPING

Sophie uses USPS as it's default shipper unless specified otherwise by the customer.  Orders will be shipped via Priority which is a 2-5 day service.  Please allow 24-48 hrs for orders to be processed and given to courier.  We can provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available.  Prices will vary for these services although are generally $5-$10.  If you require your order to be shipped by any other method please note at checkout or contact us for inquiry into prices on other services.  Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.  All other shipping costs to and from are non-refundable as well.

*Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged or missing orders once they are shipped. We will not issue refunds on any missing or damaged products. We will do our best to help you in filing a claim with the shipper, but once orders leave our facility we have no control over what happens next. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance or guarantee shipping options please let us know. 
All breakable items are recommended for instore pickup and are only shipped at your own risk, as we will not offer refunds for those items should something happen in shipping.
