Lazy Sunday's

A lazy Sunday calls for a great casual look. I'm not gonna lie I didn't really even want to get dressed today but with some errands to run I guess I must:)

[caption width="2448" align="alignnone"] Joyrich Skinnies in Blue Oyster and Sally booties in black, both available at Sophie[/caption]

My go to look on a day like today is my fave pair of jeans, my Joyrich skinnies in blue oyster are my pick! These are a great lighter wash for spring with just a slight bit of distressing making them perfect for a casual look. Add a fun tee, my old school express graphic tee is one of my faves, and my go to casual lace up wedges and I'm set! It's a little chilly today so I added another old school express item, my fave basic black cardi.

(I worked for Express for 7 years before I opened the store, so there are a lot of old Express staples in my closet.)

This took me 5 minutes to throw on and is my basic equation for any casual look. Denim, basic tee/tank and casual shoe. If it were summer it would be shorts, a tee or tank and sandals, this formula works year round!

Some basic stud earrings, these I got at the most recent edition of the Hip Handmade Market from a cute line called Bloom & Thistle. And of course my watch which I know is old school, but I can't go without it!

Makeup on these kind of days is minimal, but I still need something. So my 5 minute face must haves are:

  1. Bare Minerals Prime Time BB Primer Cream, this offers light but sufficient coverage on its own which I love!
  2. Estée Lauder Double Wear Concealer, by far my favorite concealer I've found and I've tried a lot of them!
  3. Bare Minerals READY foundation, I apply with just a brush most always but does give great coverage alone when used with a sponge applicator.
  4. Sephora bronzer or your fave blush just to add a little color
  5. Mascara! If I do nothing else to my eyes I have to at least have mascara.

If you don't want to splurge on the Bare Minerals primer, although totally worth it, the Rimmel matte 9-in-1 BB cream is really good as well, especially in the $5 range.

And that's it! A total of 10-15 minutes and I look put together without spending hardly any time on myself! I hope this gives you a little lazy day fashion inspiration. Have a great Sunday!
